넴(XEM) Post Opt - in 종료 (5월 10일)

심볼의 트윗내용입니다. 5월 10일자를 마지막으로 옵트인이 종료된다는 것입니다.

내용을 설명드리면
2021년 3월12일에(정확한 시간 모르겠음)
넴(XEM)을 보유했다면, 심볼(Symbol) 출시때
에어드랍을 받을 수있었습니다.

이때 선택할 수가 있었는데 출시전에 신청하느냐
출시후에 천천히 신청하느냐 두가지로 나뉘었는데
이번에 출시후에 신청하는 에어드랍을 끝내겠단
말인겁니다
5월 10일 이후에는 더이상 21년 3월12일에 넴을
가지고 있었다 하더라도. 심볼을 에어드랍 신청하지
못하는겁니다(심볼에 있어선 호재)

근데 이게 이슈가 되는 이유는
넴 에어드랍(심볼)을 하겠다고 한 당시 Post Opt-in을
추후 5~6년정도 시간을 주겠다고 했었는데 갑자기
빨리 끝낸다는 건데요.

그 이유는 아래에서 핵심개발자 햇쳇이
설명하고 있습니다

이 사후opt-in 프로그램은 전 경영진(넴 그룹리미티드)이 운영하던 프로그램이었다. 그들은 소송을 당하지 않기위래서
6년이란 시간을 주었는데
(법적인 문제가 있었나 봅니다)
이는 심볼프로젝트에 악영항을 미치고 있다.
하드포크를 하는 경우 별도의
체인이 되는것임으로
과거 규칙에 얽매일 필요가 없다.
21년 11월에 하드포크를 진행하면서
이 내용에 대해서 이미 많이 언급을 했었고
하드포크를 한 이후에는 사후 opt-in을
할 의무가 없다. 그럼에도 불구하고
예의상 마지막 기회를 주는것이다.
우리는 지금까지 사후 옵트인하지 않은 재원을
2차 자금매칭 풀로 사용될것이며 커뮤니티의 의견에 따라 공공재로
자금을 지원할 예정이다

This was a program run by NEM Group Limited and the former management.
